We believe every campaign and every project we execute on behalf of a client needs to be linked to strategies that advance that client’s business objectives (we’re not big fans of marketing for marketing’s sake). The first step in developing sound strategy is research. We start with in-depth client interviews and continue by talking to customers, looking at the competitive landscape and, where possible, reviewing media and social media coverage.
At that point, we develop a comprehensive plan and a messaging matrix that covers all products and services on a per-market and per-audience basis. This document (ideally) becomes the foundation of all outbound communication.
