		<description>I couldn&#039;t agree more, Dean. Boutin&#039;s belief that the Okies have moved into the neighborhood reminds me of the same chatter in 1996-7 when early commercial users of the Internet bemoaned the fact that &quot;outsiders&quot; were peeing in the pool. 
Blogging&#039;s a medium. There may be 100M blogs but only a fraction are active. Perhaps much less than a fraction remains active in the coming years. It&#039;s still a large number and potent platform.</description>
